There is a VILLAIN who is out there to make life HELL

"Life has become living hell," the Head Mistress says, her eyes level, even. She stares into the wall as if there is nothing in front of her. As if there are not three hundred guardians staring gape, hands running through hair, eyes going wide, murmurs erupt throughout the hall, but she keeps going, her lilting, Russian accent unhindering in her speech, " More and more Moroi are joining them every day, and their army is immense." She looked down, staring at the notes she held in front of her. Long, plaited black hair was pulled over her shoulder by a shaky white hand, touching the table.

"Most are now accepting them willingly, and reports have come back that there is... There is a new Coven leader. But he is not just a coven leader. As of now, Demitri Witticer, Twenty-four, stands as the Leader of all Strigoi, and is rallying them together." A hand touched her shoulder, and Head Mistress Kirova looks up in shock as the Queen is standing there next to her.

"He is believed to be the smartest of any of our records. He is the first Strigoi to be able to act on his own, to think." Kirova tried to stand, but the Queen pushed her shoulder down harder, forcing her to stay, "He has more than a thousand Strigoi under his hands. Hands," she paused, sighing, " Hands that are quite capable of holding such power." She released the woman's shoulder and walked away, climbing down the stairs and among the shocked guardians, who all bowed low to her.

"But, you highness," a Quiet voice sounded from he back. She looked at him and smiled, " How can he think? They revolve around blood, thats all their ind is set to." He looked concrete in this statement, as if he were right, but the look on his face was disbelief, for the Queen shook her head, smiling sympathetically.

"No. It turns out... The more willing the Moro, the more memories they keep, emotions they harbor, and... The better they can function in groups." She glanced around the room, and walked up to a beautiful Guardian, a woman known for her Functions as a Guardian, "We have a video of a speech from Demitri Witticer, the Leader of the Strigoi. He sent it to us just last night. I wish you all to see it."

[T.v crashes awake, blank, blue screen, but the video flares to life.]

"Hello, my name is Demitri Witticer," The scary man was standing in front of a naked figure, whose body was stashed in the shadows, "Its my pleasure! to announce the capture and change of...."

Life as the Moroi know it is crashing down towards the sea. The Guardians no longer know if they can keep their precious charges safe, but the world seems to be a bigger problem.
